Traditional Jewish Wedding at Bayview Golf & Country Club

David & Svetlana’s romantic summer wedding at the Bayview Golf & Country Club was every bit perfect. When they met it was love at first sight. David is a pilot from Toronto, and Svetlana is originally from Montreal. David flies them home every other Friday for family dinner at Svetlana’s parent's home and brought their love for their family into their wedding day in every way possible. From the groom getting ready at his Mother’s house, the first look with the bride’s father, to the Horah and the beautiful dances, every moment in between was so true to their love for their families.

Their wedding took place inside the barn at Waterstone Estate & Farms and after capturing a group photo with all the guests on our drone, everyone mingled with lawn games and refreshments. We snuck Christine & Kevin away at sunset to capture photos with the horses and the lighting could not have been more perfect!

Cottage Engagement Session

We met Sofia and Eric at Eric’s family cottage that his Dad built and captured the two of them cuddling on the dock and enjoying a boat ride around the lake together. We played Frank Sinatra as they danced at the end of the dock and loved the blankets that Sofia brought that her grand mother had made. Their love for one another is so genuine and we cannot wait to capture their wedding day!

We captured Olivia and Ryan when they were visiting Toronto and absolutely loved the lighting for our session right after a huge thunderstorm passed through the city. Little George & A Big Question

I absolutely love this family and was beyond happy to go for a visit as quickly as we could once George was born a little early. This family means the world to me because when I first moved to the city I rented the basement apartment of their home and over the years that I lived that we grew so close. I watched them go through so many milestones together and have always looked up to them as role models. I was so honoured when, in the middle of our session, they asked me to be George's god mother! I cried happy tears and just felt so honoured and blown away.

The Best is Yet to Come

When we arrived to capture baby Quinn's newborn session, we immediately fell in love with the decor of the nursery and how excited her parent's were about their new baby. The natural and effortless love they had for one another was so apparent during the session and made capturing them so much fun! Our favourite piece of decor was this banner on the wall that read "The best is yet to come.", it was so true for this new family as this is just the beginning of their lives together.

Just when we thought this session couldn't get any cuter, their adorable dog stole the show for a couple of the shots! It was like photographing a model dog for a pet ad, we were in heaven!
