Effective December 18 2018, we have added a Production Expectations clause to any and all photography services. Supersedes Previous Agreements.

Section 8.1 - Digital Image Production Timeline outlines your rights and responsibilities to access, download, and store your licensed images.

a. A full online gallery of High Resolution images will be posted within four to six (4-6) weeks of the session.
b. Clients are responsible for downloading the file of all images from the online gallery.
c. The Clients acknowledge that they understand how to download the images from the web onto their computer, including unzipping the .zip file, and how to back up images to prevent image loss.
d. Clients acknowledge they will not receive a physical disc of images/USB drive unless purchased as an add-on.
e. Amir & Danielle are not responsible for user error in downloading and saving final images.
f. Your online gallery expires six (6) months after the date of your session.
g. After the specified time of your gallery has passed, an upload fee will be charged.

As per Section 8.1 of our contract, after the specified time of your gallery has passed, an upload fee will be charged according to the following schedule: 

• 61 days - 180 days: $100 re-upload fee 

• 181 days - 270 days: $150 re-upload fee 

• 271 days - 365 days: $200 re-upload fee 

• 366 days - 730 days: $400 re-upload fee 

• Amir & Danielle do not guarantee the storage of images to be re-uploaded past 730 days.
